Founder and Coach 

Coach Christian Montgomery is the founder and head coach of the 10U Indy Outlawz, bringing a high-level playing background and a strong focus on developing young athletes the right way. He was selected in the 2011 MLB Draft in the 11th round by the New York Mets and signed a professional MLB contract straight out of high school, giving him firsthand experience of what it takes to compete at the highest levels of the game.

His approach to coaching is built around long-term player development, not just short-term wins. He emphasizes fundamentals, discipline, and baseball IQ while helping players build confidence through consistent instruction and game-like training. Just as important, Coach Montgomery stresses respect for the game and learning how to compete the right way.

At the core of the Indy Outlawz program is a genuine love for baseball. The goal is to create an environment where players improve every day, build strong team chemistry, and develop a passion for the game that can carry them far beyond youth baseball.
